MARY RINUS
October 23, 1998
Mary Alberta Rinus, of East Luzerne Avenue, Larksville, died Friday at
Manor Care Health Services, Kingston.
Born in Centermoreland, she was the daughter of the late Perry and Rose
Jackson Walters.
She was a member of the Courtdale United Methodist Church, Courtdale.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Carpenter, in 1954; daughters,
Margaret Austra; Marion Shaw; sons, Merlin and Vernon.
Surviving are sons, Walter, Bradenton, Fla.; Donald, Buffalo, N.Y.;
daughters, Betty Derby, Luzerne; Nancy Piccolotti, Hilldale; Shirley Vasicak,
Larksville; and numerous grandchildren, great-grandchildren and
great-great-grandchildren.
Funeral services will be at 11 a.m. Monday from the Andrew Strish Funeral
Home, 11 Wilson St., Larksville, with the Rev. James Pall, Pastor of the
Courtdale United
