Police Blotter

HANOVER TWP. – State police Bureau of Liquor Control Enforcement reported the following:

• Claire Jones, doing business as Claire’s, 752 Hazle Ave., Ashley, was recently cited with permitting sale of alcohol to an intoxicated person, police said.

• Sirty Inc., doing business as Hill Inn, 138 Center St., Hughestown, was recently cited with permitting sale of alcohol to an intoxicated person, police said.

• Outsiders Restaurant and Bar Inc., 650 S. Main St., Wilkes-Barre, was recently cited with failing to post a notice of suspension in a window that is visible from the outside, and furnishing alcohol during a time when the restaurant license was suspended, police said.

• Joe’s Place, 299 Vine St., Plymouth, was recently cited with failing to post signage as required by the Clean Indoor Air Act, permitting smoking in a public place and maintaining insufficient food items and seating under the facility’s restaurant license, police said.
