WILKES-BARRE – City police reported the following incidents:
Robert Kennedy, 51, reported at 7:12 a.m. Thursday that a residence and vehicle were damaged with rocks at 60 Johnson St.
Daniel Reudelhuber, 55, of South Franklin Street, was arrested and issued a non-traffic citation for public drunkenness after officers encountered him in the area of 67 Public Square at 4:06 p.m. Wednesday.
An unknown person used Robert Christopher’s PayPal account for unauthorized purchases on Dec. 10. Police said the incident is under investigation.
Paint was thrown on 51-year-old Jean McGuiness’ vehicle while it was parked at 74 E. Jackson St. on Thursday.
Someone stole a video game system at 10 Magnolia Ave. on Wednesday.
An unknown person forcibly entered 175-177 Madison St. on Thursday afternoon. No items were stolen.
EDWARDSVILLE – A man was arraigned by police on Friday on evidence of drunken driving.
Shawn Adams, 39, of Hillside Avenue, Edwardsville, was charged with three counts of driving under the influence of alcohol, and one count each of accidents involving damage to vehicle, careless driving and reckless driving. He was released on $5,000 unsecured bail, but remains jailed at the Luzerne County Correctional Facility on a parole violation.
Police allege Adams had a blood alcohol level of .111 percent after he crashed a vehicle into a parked vehicle in the area of 15 Hillside Ave.on June 27, according to the criminal complaint.
A preliminary hearing is scheduled for Wednesday before District Judge Paul Roberts in Kingston.
