Why would anyone after TV, radio, newspapers, etc., warn the public almost everyday of scammers, send money to receive won money? This person got taken not once, but TWICE. Werec they elderly? Did they have any family members looking out for their welfare? Everyday a newspaper should have in BOLD HEALINES, the start of every news time should begin with, SCAM ALERT. DO NOT SEND MONEY TO ANYONE who's called and said "You've won money." And please people, look after your elderly family and neighbors. Someday you may be in that vulnerable position.
