Concerning the escape from jail .. FREDERIC WEBER, if a person is on work release and such, they consider it escape if they do not return when they are supposed to.. i know of a person that didn't return from work release and was on the "lamb " for over a week . the sherif's department did nothing to look for this person. this person went back to the work release building and they would not let him enter the building.. he had to go to the main prison to turn himself in. that is how they get escape charges filed on them..
