WILKES-BARRE – Police arrested Marty Gushock, 41, of 51 Wyoming St., Ashley, and charged him with resisting arrest after they allegedly found him heavily intoxicated at Mclean and Spruce streets at 2:11 a.m. Friday.

WILKES-BARRE – Kenneth Franklin Henson, 46, of Hampton, Va., was arrested and charged with simple assault and harassment after police responded to a 911 hang-up call at a Pershing Street address at 9:28 a.m. Friday and observed evidence of a domestic assault in which Henson was suspected of injuring the victim, police said.

WILKES-BARRE – Sara Usavage, 24, of Wilson Street, Larksville, was arrested and charged with fleeing or attempting to elude police after incidents on Lehigh and South Hancock streets at about 8:25 a.m. Thursday, police said.

Usavage was wanted on warrants and was suspected of a fleeing and eluding incident in another municipality, police said.

FOSTER TWP. – State police in Wyoming on Thursday filed a charge of driving under the influence of alcohol against David Wheeler, of Freeland.

Trooper Sean Parsons arrested Wheeler on evidence of drunken driving after Wheeler was found allegedly passed out at the wheel at the intersection of Carbon Street and Highland Road at 7:55 p.m. Nov. 15.
