Liam Shulze is an 18 month old little boy who was diagnosed with a rare blood disorder called HLH. Liam is in need of a bone marrow transplant to save his life. As no matching donor was found, Liam is going to receive a cord blood transplant on July 30. This is a much more critical procedure but the only option available.
If the transplant is successful, which could take months to determine, Liam will undergo years of recovery and treatment. To help with the financial burden that comes along with this type of devastating disease a Liam Shulze Benefit Golf Tournament is scheduled for Sunday, September 13 at Four Seasons Golf Club in Exeter.
The Captain and Crew Format tourney will have a 1 p.m. shotgun start after a noon registration.
The cost is $75.00 per player, which includes green fee, cart, dinner, drinks and prizes. Non-golfers can attend the reception only for $25.
Please make all checks payable to: Liam Shulze Benefit Golf Tournament and mail to: Maria Ciampi Karcutskie, 126 Huckleberry Lane, Duryea, PA, 18642.
Hole Sponsorship Options Available: Gold $100.00 and Silver $50.00.
For more information about registering or hole sponsorship call Maria at 905-6032.
