Diana Elizabeth Drogalis and Sean W. Kim, together with their families, announce their engagement and approaching marriage.
The bride-to-be is the daughter of Jerome and Teresa Drogalis, Old Forge.
The prospective groom is the son of Eunice E. Kim and the late Kwang J. Kim, Ellicott City, Md.
Diana is a graduate of Bishop Hoban High School. She earned her bachelor’s degree in biology from the University of Scranton, then graduated from the Philadelphia College of Osteopathic Medicine in 2010. She recently completed her pediatric residency training at Baystate Medical Center, Springfield, Mass. She is currently employed as a pediatrician at Lehigh Valley Hospital, Allentown, Pa., and will be entering pediatric cardiology fellowship training at UCLA in July 2014.
Sean is a graduate of Centennial High School, Ellicott City, Md. He earned bachelor’s degrees in political science and biology from the University of Michigan, then earned his master’s degree in health sciences from Drexel University. He graduated from Lake Erie College of Osteopathic Medicine in 2011. Sean is currently completing his final year of internal medicine residency at Hahnemann Hospital/Drexel University, Philadelphia, Pa.
The couple will exchange vows Nov. 9, 2013, at Holy Rosary Church, Duryea.
