WILKES-BARRE- A Larksville woman was listed in fair condition at Mercy
Hospital, Wilkes-Barre after an accident Tuesday at South Main Street and
South Pennsylvania Boulevard.
   
Jacqueline Jacobs, 22, was admitted for observation, a hospital spokeswoman
said. Police said Jacobs complained of head pain after her car collided with a
vehicle driven by Walter Stewart, 37, of Nanticoke.
    Jacobs was westbound on South Pennsylvania Boulevard, police said. Stewart
was eastbound on South Pennsylvania Boulevard and attempting to turn left onto
South Main Street, police said.
   
Everyone involved in the 2:11 p.m. accident was wearing a seat belt, police
said. No one will be cited, police said.
   
Watch stolen
   
WILKES-BARRE- Paul Beddall of Hughes Street reported that someone stole a
man’s watch valued at $200 from his car on Monday, police said. The theft
occurred between 6 p.m. and 10:50 p.m., police said.
   
Pressure gun stolen
   
WILKES-BARRE- Someone stole a pressure gun and cut hoses at the Sparkle
Brite Car Wash, 337 E. Main St., Monday night or Tuesday, police said.
