WILKES-BARRE — A man was reportedly attacked and robbed by six men early Friday morning.

Police said that the victim, a 21-year-old man, was walking home from Ali Baba with two friends in the area of South Main and Northampton streets at approximately 2 a.m.

The victim reported that a group of approximately six men with hoods covering their faces approached him and started punching him for no reason.

The suspects allegedly took the victim’s gray and orange Yeezy sneakers, his three credit cards, college identification and driver’s license.

The suspects then fled the scene going east on Northampton Street, police said.

The police report did not provide any other description of the suspects.
