DRUMS — Web.com, a leading provider of Internet services and online marketing solutions for small businesses, recently rang the closing bell at the NASDAQ in celebration of Web.com’s 10-year anniversary as a NASDQ listed company.

Web.com chairman and CEO David Brown invited a number of long-serving employees to join him at the podium, including four employees from its Drums office who attended the closing bell ceremony at the NASDAQ MarketSite in New York City’s Times Square.

The employees in attendance included:

• Lori Richard, call center specialist

• Alice Vaccaro, director of customer service

• Matthew Metrick, director of customer service

• Jeff Kimmel, vice president of customer service

The employees attended the event on Nov. 10 and rang the closing bell. According to a news release, Brown invited the four local employees due to their longtime service and dedication to the success of the company.

“This was such a great opportunity for Web.com to be recognized as a leader in the industry, and having been employed with this exceptional company for over 10 years, it was so exciting to be a part of this milestone in our success story,” Kimmel said.
