Developers announced for theater project

Two companies will take over the development of the residential and commercial space at the downtown theater project.

WB 14, a company managed by Susquehanna Real Estate of York will be responsible for constructing and selling 21 loft condominiums at the site, the Greater Wilkes-Barre Chamber of Business and Industry said Wednesday. The company

Carlsberg Management Co., the Los Angeles, Calif. real estate management firm the chamber has been negotiating with, will take control of the ground-floor commercial space.

A press conference is scheduled for 2 p.m. on the naming of the developers.
