About Lehman: The Black Knights advanced to the D2-2A title game for only the second time in school history by defeating Susquehanna 35-0. They won the D2-2A title in 1997, defeating Montrose 21-20 in overtime. The team has qualified for the D2-2A playoffs three times in Gilsky’s four seasons at the helm.
The 10 victories also set a school mark for victories in a season. The previous mark occurred in 2008 when the Black Knights finished 9-2 under coach Carl Kern.
