Catherine Tomasak Wolman, of Corby Street, Courtdale, died Tuesday night at
Mercy Hospital, Wilkes-BarreBorn in Larksville, she was the daughter of the
late John and Sophie Drugach. She resided in Larksville for most of her life.
She was a member of St. Anthony’s Church, Larksville. She was formerly
employed by Larksville Fashions.
She was preceded in death by her first husband, Peter Tomasak, in 1948;
second husband, Ted Wolman, in 1981; daughter, Theresa Swedo, Sept. 10, 1992.
Surviving are a son, Peter Tomasak, Courtdale; stepsons, Francis and
William Wolman, both of Kingston; Theodore Wolman, Parsons; stepdaughters,
Lucille Walsh, Wilkes-Barre; Rosemarie Stelma and Ann Stefanko, both of
Swoyersville; Dolores Cembrock, Lyndwood; Geraldine Brady, Newtown; 29
grandchildren; 34 great-grandchildren; two great-great-grandchildren.
Funeral services will be at 9 a.m. Friday from the Andrew Strish Funeral
Home, 11 Wilson St., Larksville, with a Mass of Christian Burial at 9:30 a.m.
in St. Anthony’s Church, Larksville.
Interment will be in the parish cemetery, Courtdale.
Friends may call from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. today.
