WILKES-BARRE – City police reported the following:

• Shantik Dawes, of Parkview Circle, reported being stabbed by an unknown suspect at 3:44 a.m. Sunday at Parkview Circle. Dawes was treated at Geisinger Wyoming Valley Medical Center in Plains Township. An investigation continues.

• A 17-year-old male will be charged with disorderly conduct after he allegedly flagged down Patrolman Robert Collins at Park Avenue and Moyallen Street at about 1:17 p.m. Saturday and flicked a lit cigarette at the officer, police said.

The cigarette grazed Collins’ head, police said.

• Michael Morrison, 37, of Magnolia Avenue, reported at 6:38 p.m. Sunday that a man he knows only by his first name assaulted him and stole his cell phone and money at a Dewey Street location.

• Donna Nealon, of 406 Andover St., reported at 4:52 p.m. Sunday that someone slashed the convertible roof of her vehicle.

• Bernard Friel, of 163 S. Washington St., reported at 2:05 p.m. Sunday that someone shattered a window on his vehicle.

• Anthony Munno, 31, of 372 S. Franklin St., Apartment 2, was to be cited with harassment after Amanda Perez, 20, of Pittston, reported at about 2 p.m. Sunday that Munno punched her, police said.

Perez also was to be cited with harassment after Munno reported about an hour later that Perez pushed him at the same location, police said.

• Jaime Hernandez, of 35 N. Meade St., reported at 3:33 p.m. Sunday that someone stole property from his residence.

• Romaine Pace, 22, of Wilkes-Barre, was cited with harassment and disorderly conduct after she allegedly struck a 20-year-old woman in the head and grabbed her by the neck at 12:22 a.m. Sunday at 324 Parkview Circle.

David Hutchinson reported at 9:41 a.m. Sunday that someone spray-painted his 1998 Ford while it was parked at 77 N. Hancock St.

• Stephon Kinchen, 21, no address available, was to be cited with criminal mischief after he allegedly broke a window at the residence of a 24-year-old woman at 598 N. Main St. at about 10 p.m. Saturday.

• Shawne Riddick, 57, of Scranton, was arrested and cited with public drunkenness and disorderly conduct after he allegedly created a public disturbance at 43 S. Washington St. at 7:43 p.m. Saturday.

• Fausta Castro, of Plymouth, reported at 5:25 p.m. Saturday that someone stole mirrors from her vehicle while it was in Park & Lock Central.

• Romayne Tattersall, of 14 Spring St., reported at 5:12 p.m. Saturday that someone stole property from her residence.

• Manny Omoniyi, of Carey Avenue, reported at 12:10 p.m. Saturday that someone stole a laptop computer from 24 Carey Ave.

• Corrina Mercadante, of 48 Edison St., reported at 9:49 a.m. Saturday that someone slashed a tire on her 1998 Ford.

• Paul Richelmi, of 67 Edison St., reported at 9:18 a.m. Saturday that someone slashed two tires on his 2006 Honda.

• Cesar Morales, 35, of Birch Street, Wilkes-Barre, will be cited with harassment after Anna Vasquez, of Marlborough Avenue, reported at 6:13 a.m. Saturday that Morales allegedly punched her in the head at 63 Marlborough Ave.

• Arletta Kinney, of 185 Kidder St., reported at 1:02 p.m. on Thursday that someone left her harassing messages.

• Dwayne Kenger, 43, of Wyoming Street, Wilkes-Barre, was arrested and cited with public drunkenness after an incident on the Market Street Bridge at about 11:15 a.m. on July 5,

• Stephen Simkonis, 25, of Heather Highlands, Pittston, was to be charged with simple assault and harassment after Joseph Leyshon, of Bass Road, Falls, reported at 1:42 a.m. on July 4 that Simkonis struck him in the head with a beer bottle at 12 N. Main St.

• Shawn Joseph, 18, of East 91st St., Brooklyn, N.Y., was charged with possession of a controlled substance and two counts of providing false identification to law enforcement after a traffic stop at 152 Hanover St. at 5:29 p.m. on June 23.
