The Scranton School for Deaf & Hard of Hearing Children is planning to celebrate its 5th anniversary by inviting the greater northeastern Pennsylvania community to its campus in South Abington Township. A committee of community leaders recently met to finalize plans for “Celebrating Five Years of Putting Kids First”, a gala dinner event on Thursday evening, March 27 beginning at 6 p.m.

The evening will feature a cocktail hour, a gourmet menu and a silent auction all presented in a progressive format throughout multiple sites on the renovated campus. Tickets for the celebration are $50 person and are available by calling 570-585-7029 or online at www.thescrantonschool.org
