It was announced today that America’s favorite “equal opportunity offender,” Bill Maher, will visit the F.M. Kirby Center for the Performing Arts on Sunday, July 27 at 7:30 p.m.

Tickets for this one-night-only event go on sale this Thursday, March 27 at 10 a.m. and can be purchased at the Kirby Center Box Office, online at www.kirbycenter.org or by phone at (570) 826-1100.

A special Kirby Member Pre-Sale begins on Monday, March 24 at 10:00 a.m.

For the last 18 years, Maher has set the boundaries of where funny, political talk can go on American television. First on “Politically Incorrect” (Comedy Central) and for the last seven years on HBO’s “Real Time,” Maher’s combination of unflinching honesty and big laughs have garnered him 21 Emmy nominations.
