Matthew Francis Prociak, son of Michael and Patricia Prociak, Jenkins Township, celebrated his fifth birthday on October 21, 2008.
He is the grandson of Joseph and Florence Prociak, Plains and Mary Devers and the late Joseph Devers, West Pittston.
He has a sister, Rebecca, 10 and two brothers, Michael, 13and Nicholas, 8.
