Mr. and Mrs. Harold J. Golomb, Plains Township, celebrated their 50th wedding anniversary on Oct. 15, 2010.
The Golombs were married at St. Stanislaus Church, Wilkes-Barre, by the late Rev. Francis Zolcinski. The bridal party included Charles Stefanoski, Helen Helfrich, Dolores Robinson, Doreen Siltala, Bernard Golomb, the late Robert Obuhosky and John Goldowski. Flower girls were Karen Koretz and Lynne Murphy.
Mrs. Golomb is the daughter of the late Walter and Anna Obuchowski. Mr. Golomb is the son of the late Henry and Stella Golomb.
The Golombs were blessed with two children, Harold, Plains Township, and Laura and husband, John Kosco, West Wyoming.
The couple celebrated the occasion with a family dinner.
Mr. Golomb owns and operates Golomb’s Farm and Greenhouse in Plains Township.
