SCRANTON – A sentencing hearing for local business mogul Thom Greco has been set for Nov. 10 at 10 a.m. before U.S. District Judge Richard Conaboy at the William J. Nealon United States Courthouse, Scranton. Greco pleaded guilty in federal court on Monday to a felony charge of failing to report a crime, acknowledging that he purchased televisions for an elected official involved in Luzerne County’s allocation of money to buy Greco’s Market Street Square train station in Wilkes-Barre.
