Attorney Daniel G. Snyder, a member of the workers’ compensation group at White and Williams LLC, has been appointed a workers’ compensation judge by the state Department of Labor and Industry, Workers’ Compensation Office of Adjudication.
He has been assigned to work in Wilkes-Barre and will conduct hearings in disputed workers’ compensation matters, render decisions and provide alternative dispute resolution services in contested matters.
Snyder has been employed with White and Williams at the Lehigh Valley office since 2010. He is the first White and Williams LLC lawyer to be appointed to this position.
Snyder earned his bachelor of science degree from Penn State University and his juris doctorate from Widener University School of Law. He has been representing insurance companies, self-insureds and third-party administrators for nearly 15 years. His appointment begins on May 19.
