Take the Stage Players sponsor outdoor theater on library grounds.

Don’t tell anyone, but lady pirates, prisoners and other despicable characters plan to swoop in and take over the Back Mountain Memorial Library for a swashbuckling family friendly good time.

“Captain Bree and Her Lady Pirates” will shiver your timbers at the fourth family-friendly show at 6 p.m. on Friday and Saturday, Aug. 19 and 20 in the “Theater on the Auction Block” series presented by the Take the Stage Players.

Admission is $5 for adults and $3 for children age 10 and under.

This is outdoor theater with lawn seating.
