KINGSTON — The Luzerne County Transportation Authority board voted unanimously to place Executive Director Stanley Strelish and Operations Director Robb Henderson on administrative leave as of June 7.
Strelish and Henderson were arrested last week in connection with the “Ghost Rider” investigation and face multiple charges.
Solicitor Joe Blazosek said the two will be paid for their accrued time off, such as vacation days and sick days until those are exhausted. When the accrued time off is exhausted, the two will remain on unpaid administrative leave until the case is resolved.
Blazosek did not have figures on the amount of accrued leave either of the men have coming.
