Wilkes-Barre police seek whereabouts for contractor charged with home improvement fraud

WILKES-BARRE — City police are seeking the whereabouts of Frank Lukasavage, 44, last known address as Pringle Street, Kingston, who is wanted for home improvement fraud.


Police allege Lukasavage failed to perform services after he accepted payment in April.


Lukasavage, also known as Anthony Lukasavage, is described as a white man, 5 feet 11 inches tall, about 180 pounds, with a tattoo of “Lori” on his left arm.


Police warn residents not to approach Lukasavage.


Anyone with information about the location of Lukasavage is asked to call 911 or Wilkes-Barre police at 570-208-4200, or www.wbcrimeline.com.
