After a wet and dreary Thursday night, clear skies will swiftly make their return to the Wyoming Valley.
The National Weather Service indicated that it was 68 degrees as of 6:54 a.m. Overcast skies greeted the morning commute, but patches of blue sky could be seen.
There will be a slight chance of showers today, along with areas of fog before 10 a.m. this morning. Cloudy skies will gradually give way to mostly sunny skies, with a high in the lower 80s. Clear skies are also predicted for tonight, with a low in the upper 50s.
Mostly sunny skies will stick around for Friday, but there will be a slight chance of of showers and thunderstorms after 1 p.m. Friday’s high will be in the lower 80s. Clear skies will stick around into Friday night, with a low in the lower 60s.
