Aside from some patchy morning fog, it’s shaping up to be a nice day in the Wyoming Valley.
The National Weather Service indicated that it was 63 degrees as of 6:54 a.m. Patchy fog blanketed the area, along with overcast skies to create a dreary morning.
The patchy fog is expected to stick around until about 10 a.m. — for the remainder of the day, mostly sunny skies are expected. Today’s high will be in the lower 80s. Partly cloudy skies are predicted for tonight, with a low in the upper 50s.
Sunny skies are once again predicted for Friday, with a high in the mid 80s. Clear skies will continue into Friday night, with a low in the lower 60s.
Isolated showers and thunderstorms are expected on Saturday, but sunny skies are expected otherwise. Isolated rain and storms are also predicted for Saturday night.The high will be in the mid 80s, while Saturday night’s low will be in the mid 60s.
Showers and thunderstorms will be likely on Sunday, with a high in the mid 80s. There will also be a chance for showers and thunderstorms on Sunday night, with a low in the upper 60s.
