Ronald Giddish

    onald E. Giddish, 62, of Church Street, Wyalusing, died Thursday at home.
   
Born April 27, 1940, in Bristol, Conn., he was a son of the late George and
Eleanor (Aust) Giddish. He attended Bristol schools and a local tech school.
He served in the U.S. Marine Corps in Lebanon. He was employed as a toolmaker
and model maker at Hartford Aircraft for many years. He was employed for the
Colt Firearms Co., Hartford, and the Belrick Corporation, Swoyersville. He was
employed by the Luzerne County Community College, where he taught math,
calculus and machine shop. He owned and operated REG Tooling, Wyalusing. He
was a member of the National Rifle Association and the Sayre Sportsmen’s Club.
   
Surviving are his fiancee, Susanne Cerniglia, Wyalusing; and brother,
Timothy, Bristol, Conn.
   
A memorial service will be at 2 p.m. today at St. Mary’s of the Assumption
Catholic Church, Wyalusing, with the Rev. Kenneth M. Seegar, officiating.
Interment will be in Bristol, Conn.
   
Memorial donations may be made to St. Mary’s Building Fund, RR 4, Box 4003,
Wyalusing or the Wyalusing Ambulance Association.
   
Funeral arrangements are by the P. Dean Homer Funeral Home, Wyalusing.
