ELIZABETHTOWN, Pa. (AP) — Police have charged a central Pennsylvania woman in connection with an assault where a man responding to an online advertisement for a television was ambushed and beaten with a baseball bat.

Nineteen-year-old Amber Consylman of Elizabethtown was arrested Monday on charges including robbery, aggravated assault and theft. She was being held at Lancaster County Prison on $100,000 bail.

A preliminary hearing is set for Jan. 17.

The 44-year-old man responded to an ad on Craigslist selling a television and met a young woman in a movie theater parking lot on Nov. 5 in Elizabethtown.

Police said the woman led the victim behind the theater where a man ambushed him and struck him in the head with a bat. The victim was knocked to the ground but managed to escape.
