HONESDALE, Pa. (AP) — A northeastern Pennsylvania man has been jailed on a charge that he fatally shot his brother in a domestic dispute that state police have yet to detail.

Online court records don’t list an attorney for 30-year-old Benjamin Kiefer, of Texas Township. He was arrested shortly after the shooting which state police in Honesdale say happened about 11 p.m. Saturday.

Kiefer remained jailed Monday unable to post bond on a single charge of criminal homicide accusing him of killing 34-year-old Kenneth Kiefer at a residence in the White Mills section of the township.

Trooper Sharon Palmer says the investigation is ongoing/
