NOXEN TWP. — A township woman was to be cited by police after she allegedly rubbed dog feces over a neighbor’s door.

State police in Tunkhannock were dispatched to the residence of Alice Jo Scouton, 46, of Main Street, earlier this week for a report of criminal mischief.

After speaking with Scouton, police interviewed her neighbor, Crystal Visneski, who they say admitted to rubbing her dog’s fecal matter over the front door of Scouton’s residence with her bare hands.

Visneski, 40, also allegedly admitted to egging Scouton’s car with a dozen eggs.

The mischief took place sometime between 7 p.m. Sept. 11 and 11 p.m. Sunday, police said.

Criminal mischief charges were to be filed against Visneski through the office of District Judge Carl W. Smith Jr., police said.

No court records had been filed on the online docket in the case as of Thursday.
