Addison Grace Costantino, daughter of Lori Duda and Patrick Costantino, will celebrate her second birthday on July 15, 2010.
Addison is the granddaughter of Frank and Emilene Costantino, Laflin; and the late Edward and Jean Duda of Nanticoke.
She has three brothers, Blake, Tyler and FJ, and a sister Blair.
