WILKES-BARRE - For the second time in less than two weeks, the same Turkey Hill store was robbed, adding to the growing number of store robberies in the city.

City police said a black man, about 6 feet tall, 200 pounds, brown eyes, large build, wearing a grey hooded sweatshirt, maroon gloves, light blue jeans, a two tone blue jacket, a tan baseball hat and a tan bandanna that covered his face entered the Turkey Hill on South Main Street just before midnight Wednesday and demanded money from the cash register.

A clerk at the store told police the man asked for cigarettes before demanding money.

Police said surveillance video is being reviewed.
