WILKES-BARRE - For the second straight day, city police and state police vice and narcotic troopers teamed up to arrest two men on drug trafficking charges.
Rasham Robinson, 28, known on the street as “Rah Rah,” of 701 N. Franklin St., and Elajuwon Prioleau, 29, known as “Oak,” of 695 N. Franklin St., were allegedly working together to sell heroin near their apartments during July, according to charges filed.
Robinson is originally from Newark, N.J., according to court records.
Authorities allege the duo were selling heroin stamped with “(racial slur) please,” and “Mula,” either in the street or from a Lincoln SUV.
A firearm was found wrapped in shopping bags and in a box behind a tree behind Robinson’s apartment, authorities said.
Robinson and Prioleu were arraigned Thursday morning on drug trafficking charges. Robinson was jailed at the Luzerne County Correctional Facility for lack of $80,000 bail and Prioleu jailed for lack of $60,000 bail.
The arrests of Robinson and Prioleau comes a day after the arrests of Eric Conahan, John Longfoot, Khalil Owens, Dumont Anderson and Chelsea Smith on drug trafficking offenses in Wilkes-Barre.
