WILKES-BARRE — A white blond man reportedly exposed himself to a pair of E.L. Meyers High School students around 8:30 a.m. Tuesday morning, according to a city police report.

The man, described as being in his 20s with light facial hair and wearing a gray sweatshirt, was driving a maroon-colored sedan when he first approached the students near the corner of Hanover and Church streets. He asked them if they wanted a ride, police said.

The students responded “no,” and walked on, police said.

The man approached them again near the corner of Barney and Horton streets and asked the same question. The students again told him “no,” police said.

When the man approached them a third time near the Horton and Regent streets intersection, he exposed himself and then fled, police said.
