HANOVER TWP. — Slocomb Windows and Doors, a manufacturer of vinyl windows and patio doors located in Hanover Township, is in search of more employees.
After a recent acquisition of the residential division of Lockheed Window, which is headquartered in Pascoag, R.I., Slocomb Windows is planning to hire 50 individuals, starting in the next few weeks.
Slocomb Windows and Doors currently occupies an 80,000-square-foot production plant located on the Sans Souci Parkway in Hanover Township and has just closed a deal to add an additional 30,000 square feet.
Potential positions vary from light manufacturing of production lines, delivery drivers, carpentry, shipping and receiving and up to and including supervisory roles. Benefits, which also include a wide range of salaries and hourly wages, are available for all employees after a 90-day probationary period.
