Eleven local players earned All-Freedom Conference field hockey honors.
Four members of the Misericordia team were selected. Angela Pasquini was named first team at goalkeeper, with two shutouts and a 2.35 goals against average. Crestwood grad Lindsay Hischak, a sophomore with a team-best 36 points on 15 goals and six assists was named to the second team.
Emily Hegner and Andi Veneziale earned honorable mention spots.
Ashley Ream earned her first-ever first team selection playing a vital role in the midfield for Wilkes. She has played in 18 games, has scored 21 points on six goals and a team-high nine assists.
Aliya Frankel notched her first all-conference nod as a second team selection after posting 27 points on 12 goals and three assists. Kerryn Redcay earned her first all-conference award as she was a second team selection after anchoring the Colonels back line of defense.
Goalie Alexis Reed was tabbed as an honorable mention selection after recording 146 saves and 3.05 goals against average.
King’s Alyssa Monaghan was a first team choice at forward, while Trudi Konopki was honored for her defensive work with a first-team spot.
Monarchs defender Nicolette Pizzo earned a place on the honorable mention list.
