Three local entities - Leadership Lackawanna, MetroAction and Clearberries Communications- will unite to present a seminar entitled, “Ask Like You Want to Know - Key Action Steps to More Meaningful Conversations” April 10 at 8 a.m.


Presented by Ken Knelly, a communications and marketing professional at Baptist Bible College & Seminary and founder of Clearberries, he has a background as an award-winning journalist. More specifically, this interactive seminar will equip you to better:


Prepare. Tactics to put yourself in the best position to learn.


Think. Approaches to foster curiosity and checklists.


Enable. Ways to focus on open-ended questions and allowing for threads to develop.


Listen. Steps to keep from moving too far ahead in your mind.


Return. Guides to help you steer back around to seal your understanding.

It includes a light breakfast. The cost to participate via webinar is $8. Registration will begin at 8 a.m. in the board room on the first floor of The Greater Scranton Chamber of Commerce. The workshop will conclude at 10:30 a.m.


This seminar will be offered via webinar. No special equipment is needed-all you need is an internet connection or a phone line.
