WILKES-BARRE — A federally owned car was stolen Monday on Market Street.
   
Police are searching for a person who stole a 1996 Dodge Neon at 280 Market
St. The four-door vehicle, with license plate G1319479, was removed between 8
and 9 a.m.
    The vehicle, which has an estimated value of $9,925, is registered to
General Services Administration in New Cumberland near Harrisburg.
   
Girl’s bike stolen
   
WILKES-BARRE — A pink-and-purple “Little Treasures” girl’s bicycle was
stolen between 7:30 p.m. Sunday and 4 p.m. Monday, police said.
   
The bike, valued at $90, was last seen at 59 Terrace St. A purple water
bottle and pink-and-purple jewelry box are attached to the bike.
   
Car windshield broken
   
WILKES-BARRE — Someone cracked the front windshield of a 1994 Ford Taurus
GL Sunday.
   
The car was parked at 366 New Grant St. and is registered to Rita Marie
Dunn. The damage was estimated at $200.
