Arbitrators say they need more information to decide whether the Harveys
Lake Sewer Authority owes the Dallas Area Municipal Authority hundreds of
thousands of dollars.

Representatives from DAMA and the Harveys Lake authority met with
arbitrators last week and part of this week. The arbitrators, who will make
binding decisions on several claims by each authority, requested more
information and further testimony, said Thomas Bagley, executive director of
DAMA.
The arbitrators were appointed by the American Arbitration Association and
are scheduled to meet March 21-23.

DAMA says the Harveys Lake Sewer Authority owes $254,450 for a force main
project and $169,000 for connection and wastewater transportation fees.

The Harveys Lake authority also has claims against DAMA, including being
overbilled for services.
