Player: Luca Caputi

Caputi was drafted by Pittsburgh in the fourth round of the 2007 NHL Entry Draft and joined the team for its playoff run in 2008 following his final season of junior hockey in the Ontario Hockey League. Caputi made an immediate impact, posting four goals and eight points in 12 playoff games.

Over the following two seasons, Caputi scored 41 goals 92 points in 119 for Wilkes-Barre/Scranton and he earned nine NHL games with Pittsburgh, registering two goals.

In 2010, Caputi was traded to the Toronto organization with defenseman Martin Skoula for forward Alexei Ponikarovsky. Playing for his hometown team, Caputi finished out the season with the Maple Leafs, scoring a goal and six points in 19 games. He split the following season between the NHL and AHL, and later played with the Syracuse Crunch, Norfolk Admirals and Fort Wayne Comets of the ECHL before moving on to Sweden this season.
