GWYNEDD VALLEY — Amanda Harney set a King’s College women’s lacrosse single-game record with 11 points, breaking the school record of 10 set by Mariah Masciarelli in 2012, but the Lady Monarch’s still fell to Gwynedd-Mercy 17-15 Wednesday at Gwynedd Valley.


Harney led King’s with six goals, five assists, six draws, and eight ground balls while Jessica Ormrod followed with five goals.


Courtney Stefanik made 14 saves in her first career game after missing the season-opener last week.


Wilkes 18, SUNY Canton 11


Carley Smith scored seven goals and assisted on three others to lead Wilkes.


Morgan Galluzzo recorded her fourth win in net for Wilkes finishing with six saves. Becca Kieffer suffered the loss in goal for Canton making 12 saves.


COLLEGE MEN’S LACROSSE


Misericordia 10, Neumann 9


Misericordia University rallied past Neumann for a close win.


Devin Velekei led the Cougars with three goals and an assist while Lane Kocovski added two goals and an assist and Trevor Bodnar scored twice.
