Andrew Vladimir Halko, son of John and Suzanne Halko, Spring Brook Township, celebrated his first birthday on April 6.

Andrew is the grandson of Suzanne Kasteleba, Duryea; John Kasteleba, Jr., West Wyoming and John Halko, Jr., Moosic. Andrew’s godparents are his aunt, Anita Kasteleba, Duryea and Kevin Timinski, Spring Brook Township.

A royal celebration for Prince Andrew will be held in his honor on April 17.
