Jamie Leigh Wall and Timothy Joseph Kerestes were united in marriage Sept. 21, 2013, at St. Faustina Parish, Nanticoke. The ceremony was performed by the Rev. James R. Nash.


The bride is the daughter of Thomas S. and Donna Wall, Nanticoke. She is the granddaughter of Mrs. Stella Wall and the late Stanley P. Wall, Nanticoke, and Mrs. Janet Domzalski and the late Robert A. Domzalski, Wanamie.


The groom is the son of Joseph D. and Diane Kerestes, Dallas. He is the grandson of Joseph D. and Audrey Kerestes, Ashley, and the late Joseph and Bette Stefanides, Swoyersville.


The bride was escorted down the aisle and given in marriage by her father. She chose her best friend, Jessica Semanek, as matron of honor. Bridesmaids were Kenslie Kerestes, sister of the groom; Ashlee Olenginski, Jordan Olenginski and Heather Regan, cousins of the bride; and Sarah Cipoletti, Samantha Decker, Stephanie Gochucio, Stacey Hoedl, Fallan Ovrutsky and Amanda Sperduto, all friends of the bride. Stella Regan, cousin of the bride, was flower girl.


The groom chose his brother, Todd Kerestes, as best man. Groomsmen were Tyler Wall, brother of the bride; Brett Kinney, cousin of the groom; and Robert Lenahan, Connor Lenahan, Elijah Miller, Sean Mulhern, Jeffrey Pace, John Stravinski and Joseph Wyberski, all friends of the groom. Rhys Regan, cousin and godchild of the bride, and Blake Stravinski were ring bearers. Colin Higgs and Connor Olenginski, cousins of the bride, were wedding program greeters.


Scriptural readings were given by Jodi Olenginski, aunt and godmother of the bride, and Scott Stefanides, cousin of the groom. Prayer of the Faithful was read by Karen Kinney, aunt of the groom. Offertory gifts were presented by Ann Higgs, aunt of the bride; Dr. Jon Olenginski, uncle of the bride; Joseph Stefanides, uncle of the groom; and Amanda Kinney, cousin of the groom.The music for the wedding ceremony was a gift from Dr. Jon and Jodi Olenginski, uncle and aunt and godmother of the bride. Featured vocalists were David Baloga and Alyssa Golden, accompanied by Paul Chmil, trumpet; Lynn Hurst, violin; and Cindy Thomas, flute.


The bride was honored at a display shower given by her mother and hosted by the mother of the groom and her bridesmaids at Appletree Terrace at Newberry Estate, Dallas. A rehearsal dinner was given by the parents of the groom at The Cottage at Hillside Farms, Shavertown. An evening cocktail hour and reception were held at the Huntsville Golf Club, Shavertown, with music provided by the Picture Perfect Band.


The bride is a 2005 graduate of Bishop Hoban High School and a graduate of the University of the Sciences in Philadelphia with a doctorate degree in pharmacy. Jamie is employed as a clinical pharmacist by Geisinger Wyoming Valley Medical Center.


The groom is a 2004 graduate of Dallas High School and a graduate of Misericordia University with a Bachelor of Science, master’s and doctorate degree in physical therapy. Tim is a practicing physical therapist and clinical director for Riverside Rehabilitation, Tunkhannock.


The couple honeymooned to St. Thomas. They reside in the Back Mountain.
