Campanile, Jones

Jessica L. Jones and Anthony P. Campanile were united in marriage on Oct. 20, 2012, at Holy Saviour Church, Wilkes-Barre by the Rev. Michael Kloton.

The bride is the daughter of Thomas and Bernadine Jones, Wilkes-Barre. She is the granddaughter of Thomas and Ann Jones, Rosemary Farrell and the late George and Dolores Farrell, all of Wilkes-Barre.

The groom is the son of Richard and Susan Campanile, Manahawkin, N.J. He is the grandson of Gloria Campanile and the late Frank Campanile, Bear, Del., and the late Chester and Marie Mazurkiewicz, Chicago, Ill.

The bride was given in marriage by her father. She chose her sisters, Julie and Alyssa Jones, as her maids of honor. Her bridesmaids were Karyn Watlock and Melissa Osick, cousins of the bride, and Kenslie Kerestes, Lisa Giacometti, Laura Embrey, Corinne LaChac and Cailin Lynam.

The groom chose his brother, Greg Campanile, as his best man. His groomsmen were Eric Jones, brother of the bride; Brian Osick, cousin of the bride; and Taylor Krug, Matthew Gianni, Alex Nunner, Ryan Beck, Brian Hart and Daniel McCreesh.

Scriptural readings were given by Theresa Mazurkiewicz, godmother of the groom, and Miguel Echemendia, godfather of the bride. Petitions were read by Marlene Osick and Dolores Burkhart, aunts of the bride. Offertory gifts were brought to the altar by the cousins/goddaughter of the groom, Megan and Nettie Campanile. Musical selections were performed by Thomas Zurla and violinist Lynn Hurst.

The bride was honored by her mother and bridesmaids with a bridal shower held at The Café, Wilkes-Barre. The rehearsal dinner was given by the parents of the groom at POSH, Scranton. An evening cocktail hour and reception, hosted by the parents of the bride, were held at The Scranton Cultural Center, Scranton.

The bride is a 2005 graduate of Dallas High School and a 2009 graduate of Monmouth University, earning a degree in elementary education/anthropology. She is a first-grade teacher.

The groom is a 2004 graduate of Southern Regional High School and a 2008 graduate of Monmouth University, earning a degree in business management and marketing. He is a sales manager with Guardian Insurance/International Planning Alliance.

The couple resides in Wayside, N.J.
