Wyoming Seminary announces December music schedule

The Wyoming Seminary Madrigal Singers and Chorale will present their annual Christmas Choral Concert on Sunday, December 6 at 3:00 p.m. in the Great Hall of Wyoming Seminary, 228 Wyoming Avenue, just north of Kingston Corners. The program, conducted by John M. Vaida, will feature the Chorale and Madrigal Singers in a performance of classical and seasonal music. Free and open to the public. The Wyoming Seminary/PAI Civic Symphony, directed and conducted by Jerome Campbell, will present "Happy 10th Anniversary," its first program of the season, on Monday, December 7 at 8:00 p.m. in the Great Hall of Wyoming Seminary, 228 Wyoming Avenue, just north of Kingston Corners, and on Tuesday, December 8 at 7:30 p.m. in the Houlihan-McLean Center, University of Scranton. The concert will commemorate a decade of achievement for the 75-member symphony orchestra in residence at Wyoming Seminary. The program will feature Dvorak’s "Domov Muj" (My Homeland), Elgar’s "Serenade for Strings," and the featured work "Three, for Two, by One," a concerto for both oboe and alto saxophone composed and performed by virtuoso performer Thomas Heinze.

When Adam remembered what happened the night of Stuart’s murder, his first response was to do something drastic. Aidan intercepted a message from Zach to Kendall. Erica and Ryan realized what happened with Stuart and Erica tried to get Adam to tell her everything. At the chapel, Aidan pulled Kendall away from Zach when the authorities showed up. After having a cardiac incident and winding up in the hospital, Adam was determined to tell the truth. At Stuart’s graveside, Adam decided to keep quiet about what happened for the sake of the family. At Adam and Annie’s wedding, Ryan invoked Stuart’s memory when he stood up and spoke his mind.

Miseri to hold jazz concert on Nov. 4

Misericordia University is presenting the cool jazz sounds of the Rich Goldstein/Andy LaVerne Quartet on Wednesday, Nov. 4 at 7 p.m. in Lemmond Theater at Walsh Hall. The concert is free and open to the public.
