The Big Band Society North East Division will host a dinner dance for the Valentine holiday. This dance is open to the public. Plans are underway to crown a prince and princess, a duke and duchess and a king and queen. Prizes will be awarded. The dinner dance will include a full course dinner buffet, desserts, prizes for the crownings, homemade cookies, later in the evening; a flower for all the ladies, candy chocolates for all guests, raffle prizes and a band for dancing. The cost is $26 for Big Band members and $30 for non-members and guests. The Big Band Society is a non-profit organization providing the enhancement of the arts with music and dance, and also supports and contributes donations to local charities.
