Cosmo seniors meeting Tuesday afternoon

The Cosmopolitan Seniors will meet again on Tuesday, September1, at 1 p.m. at St. Cecelia’s parish center in Exeter. Vic Malinowski will preside. Hosts/Hostesses are: Judith Abraham, Sophie Hudock, Eva Naples, Larry O’Brien, and Ann Paluski.

Fifty members attended the previous meeting, which was conducted by Chairlady Pro Tem Amy Alpaugh. Both the President and Vice President were unable to attend. Lou Bryja led the group in prayer and pledge of allegiance. Minutes of the previous meeting and the treasurers report were rendered. After the meeting the group enjoyed coffee and homemade baked goods and Bingo was played and door prizes were awarded.

Trip Coordinator Johanna has scheduled a trip to Mount Airy Casino for Wednesday September 9. Call 655-2720 for details. All trips are open to the public. It is not necessary to be a member to come on trips
