NARFE chapter meets Thursday

The Greater Pittston Area Chapter #1723, National Active and Retired Federal Employees Association, NARFE, will meet on Thursday, October 9, at 1:00 p.m. at the VFW Post in Dupont with John Ryan presiding.

The Nominating Committee, William Burns, Marion Perks, and Ralph Rostock will present their report. Nomination of officers will be held at this meeting.

The November meeting shall be the annual meeting with the election of officers, however, the installation shall be done at the December luncheon. Margaret Pointek will discuss Autism and Alzheimer’s Disease.
