Federal Court admits four Luzerne County attorneys

Four Luzerne County attorneys, James W. Barr, Diane Marie Collins, Jeanyne T. Scatton, and Walter Wojcik, were recently admitted to the Federal Court in a ceremony at the U.S. District Court, Middle District of Pennsylvania.
