Friday pizza sales throughout Lent

The First United Methodist Church of West Pittston will hold homemade pizza sales on Fridays during Lent. The sales began on Friday, February 5 and will continue on Friday, February 12, 19, 27, March 5, 12, 19, 26 and April 2.

Pizzas can be ordered baked or unbaked, with or without onions, also with sweet red pepper, sausage or pepperoni toppings. Toppings are $1.50 for each. Pick up will be 2 to 6 p.m.

Cost for a tray of pizza is $10. Orders can be called into the church office at 655-1083.
